Earlier this month, our franchise was honored for the fourth year in a row as the most successful in units in the state of New Jersey. Following that recognition, you may have seen my comments on Facebook about my mission and intentions when purchasing this franchise close to ten years ago. Words like happiness, respect, superior support, and customer care guided my vision.
When I reflect on the last several years, and on the growth and success that our franchise has experienced, I am humbled and proud. We could look at the numbers and only the numbers as a testament to our success. But the numbers are such a small part of our story. The success of this franchise is indeed a testament to your success as a real estate agent and to the role you play in this organization. ReMax Connection is, in my eyes, the perfect example of how you can enjoy success as an individual producer and at the same time, contribute to something larger than yourself.
We CONNECT with people each and everyday- buyers, sellers, loan officers, title agents, real estate agents, and support staff in our offices and in other offices- but what makes the difference is the way we CARE. I am certain that you will not find another group of individuals in any franchise anywhere in this state that cares the way that we all care about one another. We celebrate each others successes, and when someone is in need, we rally to show support. This is a special group of people, and I am honored to work with you. So today, I honor YOU and all that YOU DO to make this franchise what it is.
I hope that together, we can make 2015 our fifth year running strong!
